Each project on the index took 10–100 hours of careful AI-assisted development. Each experiment here was built by an AI in minutes, in a single session. The brief: brainstorm net-new ideas, narrow to ten, ship them. Then we did it again. And again. Forty.

The trade isn't quality for speed — it's commitment for resolution. You can build a hundred of these in a week. You can sit a product owner, a designer, a developer, and a real user in a room and ship one in front of them. By the time you'd normally argue about whether something would work, you've already built it and felt it.

how this happened

    Drew shipped 10 projects on the main index — each one carefully built, mostly with Claude as a pair. Real tools, real users, real time invested.

    Five AI personas reviewed the portfolio in parallel — Alchemist, Cartographer, Synthesizer, Whimsy-Curator, Drew-Lens. Each got the same brief: net-new mini-experiments in your voice.

The lesson hidden under the fun: The unit of progress is no longer the meeting; it's the demo. Imagine a product owner, a designer, and a developer in a room with a real user — and instead of arguing about whether the idea will work, they prototype it together in twenty minutes and find out. Then another. Then another.

That used to be impossible. It's not anymore. The constraint that's gone is the willingness to commit to building things you might throw away — because throwing them away no longer feels expensive. The unit of cost dropped to twenty minutes. That changes everything.
