what's actually being read

A minimal EXIF parser (≈100 lines) walks the JPEG's APP1 segment and pulls the standard tags: camera, lens, ISO, aperture, exposure, focal length, timestamp, GPS coordinates if present. Each persona gets one field and writes one sentence. The sentences are templates filled with your data — which is probably more revealing than you'd like.
