how the pour works

drag the top vessel left/right to tilt; release to settle upright
on a phone, tilting the device pours too (allow motion access)
each letter falls with gravity and collides with vessel walls + other letters
tilt past ~30° and letters start spilling — past ~60° they splash out as stains
in ascii mode, the stream becomes ~ ≈ ∽ particles
