settle
Letters fall, tumble, pile. Heavy glyphs (M, W) pack flat;
thin ones (i, l) stack tall and twitchy.
Drop a Marcus Aurelius line on the floor and watch his philosophy collapse into a heap.

how the pile works
- type — each letter spawns at the top with its actual glyph
- play — drops a sample (or your text) letter-by-letter at the chosen pace
- gravity pulls them down; they collide with the floor and each other
- M W → wide and heavy → settle flat
- i l j → narrow → stack precariously
- shake button (or tilt your phone) reshuffles the heap
- capped at ~50 active letters; older ones fade out
