Just heuristics, the way a tired senior eng would do it on a napkin. 1 week strips marketing adjectives and scope words ("beautiful", "comprehensive", "for everyone"). 1 day drops trailing clauses — anything after "with", "and", "including", or a comma. 1 hour reduces to the smallest defensible sentence: a verb, a noun, and exactly one audience.
