how to read the chart
- position — left/right is rigor vs playfulness; top/bottom is breadth vs depth.
- solid line — these two personas usually reinforce each other on a review.
- dashed line — these two reliably disagree. Hover for a sample exchange.
- star size — how often that persona shows up unprompted. The loud ones are bigger.
